Travel

Two topics, destination weddings, and travel for Colorado weddings…

Destination Weddings

I often get asked if I travel for weddings and the short answer is yes, yes I do! I have travelled all over the world and taken photographs on all of my trips. I also work with an environmental restoration company and fly around the country to take photographs (and video) for them. So, I have a lot of practice at flying with my photography equipment and working in new environments.

What are the extra costs to hire me for a destination wedding?

  • Air fare
  • Lodging on the night before, and the night of the wedding
  • The normal meals required while I am working on the day of the wedding, I will cover the rest of the food expenses

Please feel free to contact me for more information on this.

Travel Fees

I try to all of my packages inclusive, no hidden fees or costs, once you pay I don’t want you to have to think about it again. Travel falls into that as well, however gas prices in the summer make it impossible for me to go anywhere in our large state for free. All Estes Park destinations do not incur an additional travel fee.

Here are the prices for travel…
Cottonwood Package: up to 50 miles one-way
Blue Spruce Package: up to 75 miles one-way
Aspen Package: up to 150 miles one-way
If travel is required beyond those distances I charge $0.75 cents per mile.
The additional travel amount will be billed in your final invoice before the wedding.
