Margaret & Nate got married in late October at the stunning Della Terra Mountain Chateau at the edge of the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. They have an adorable baby named Kai who I had a blast meeting at their engagement shoot and a large loving family, all of whom were a pleasure to spend the day with. After getting some photos of Margaret and her bridesmaids getting ready in the salon we headed out for a First Look on the bridge, followed by a trip into Rocky Mountain National Park to get their couple wedding photos. Margaret’s veil was catching the mountain winds throughout our shoot and was really fun to play with.
The ceremony started out magically with a group of mountain goats showing up first to greet the guests as they went to the ceremony area. Then a group of deer decided to line up with the bridesmaids. As Margaret’s father, dressed in full Army military dress, proudly walked his beautiful daughter down the aisle the deer joined in and ran along with the bride in the grasses behind the ceremony site. It gave me chills!
The food for their wedding was delicious and prepared by the always amazing Greens Point Catering, with a lovely wedding cake created by You Need Pie! After the reception the couple headed down a line of bubbles blown by their friends and into their new life as a married couple.
